阿外长：阿根廷不会制裁俄罗斯 不认为制裁有利于地区安定与和谐

【央视新闻】阿根廷外交部长卡菲耶罗在阿首都布宜诺斯艾利斯表示，阿根廷没有考虑对俄罗斯进行制裁，因为阿不认为制裁有利于地区安定与和谐。

卡菲耶罗称：“阿根廷呼吁和平、缓和冲突，我们认为施加单边制裁不利于恢复地区和平，也不能为双方展开对话并在根本上解决冲突提供支撑。”
